Except for the the last spot that we grabbed.
We arrived at the State Fairgrounds Campground thinking that since the fair is in the fall it would be empty. Nope, wrong. There was a Horse show through the weekend. All 102 spots were full and we felt like the only ones not in the show.
We stuck out, everyone was in jeans, boots and cowboy hats, while we walked around in shorts and t-shirts. At lease we had the right kind of dog.
We picked this spot because it was convenient to the airport and stores so that we could wrap up organizing the RV. I also flew back to Denver to finish clearing out the house and harvest the grass.
The next stop is Virginia International Raceway (VIR) near Danville Virginia for round three.
